Founded in October 2005 with the acquisition of JDK Controls, Inc. which is referred to as our Precision Position Sensors operation. SS&C continued their external growth stategy by acquiring Advanced Thermal Products which is now referred to as our Advanced Thermal Products operation in July 2006. Spectrum Sensors and Controls is headquartered in Spectrum Control's new State College, PA facility. State College, PA is known for the location of Penn State University and the center of the beautiful state of Pennsylvania.
